Author Betty Lane-Fagerlund grew up praying a lot. Never once did she give up her faith or stopped praying. By staying strong in her faith, she made it up the hill. Now she is here to share her thoughts and prayers and to spread the word, Keeping In Touch. Brought up in a Southern Baptist environment, Betty kept her free spirit while maintaining her faith. She has lived in Stockholm, Sweden, for ten years with her husband and twins, a boy and girl. She has an older daughter and two grandsons. Working at a prominent black college in a freshmen dormitory as a Directress (dorm mother) with staff for many years has enriched her life tremendously. She has owned her own businesses, including a boutique in Europe, and her endeavors have expanded into fashion design, music programming, and artist management. Dancing and writing are her greatest joys.
