Karen Jordan is a native of Houston, Texas. She has lived in East Texas for most of her adult life. She is a restauranteur and has a passion for cooking and catering. She has one daughter and two grandchildren. Karen is a recovering alcoholic and lived in Oklahoma for the first three years of her recovery, where she studied counseling. She is back in East Texas and spends her time working with others struggling with addiction.
