Teruf is the first book in its series that are built around the Mayan Prophecies of the year 2012. However, it was unknown that this was only going to initiate the start of the many devastations and destructions that will be released upon the earth. It was never meant to mean the complete ending of humanity as some may have presumed.

The story begins with a young boy of ten when he begins to have strange dreams that are frighteningly realistic-and even more frightening as elements of his dreams begin to come true. Teruf learns more about his unique purpose in the age-old battle between good and evil. He also learns that his parents have strange abilities and talents also which are all destined to come together with him.

I grew up in the Utah Valley area and have many opportunities as a child to travel throughout the northwest. After I graduated from Provo High School, I worked until it was the appropriate time to go on a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. After returning home from my mission, I got married and joined the United States Air Force. After serving for about four years, I left the Airforce and was given a 100% disability by the VA. Between all of that, my first wife chose to get a divorce from me.

I subsequently got married again to Tena, and she was given the opportunity to go to law school with the help of the VA. Since this time, we live in Alaska for nearly ten years, which with much of the time I spent, as they say in today's world, "the stay at home dad" writing and cooking. I have always had a great passion for backpacking, and have spent much of those joyous times out in God's country. When we moved back down to Washington, we finished raising our family at which point, I had finished several manuscripts, it was around this time my wife began to become extremely sick, passing away October 16th, 2016.
