This book is a memoir about September 11th, 2001. It talks about

the tragedy from this day, has many details about the locations

that were targeted, the planes hijacked, and also the aftermath of

this event. I was also able to include some of the survivors point of

view on this tragic day of 2001. It also has a bit of the events that

took place and the lives that were changed following the attacks.

This book is in no way trying to take away experience from the

people who actually lived this tragedy, it is only to inform people

on how it was on this precise day from the different locations who

were targeted. This book is mostly to inform young adults, like

me, who were not formally thought about this historical event.

My name is Joelle Brideau, I am a young writer from New-

Brunswick, Canada. When I was in high school, I loved writing

essays, I always loved to write as much as I talk. One day, I decided

on a drop of a dime to write this book. It started with me watching

a 9/11 documentary, I was listening and couldn’t understand how

none of it was talked about in school, so I put it upon myself to

write a book about September 11th 2001. Many adults, teens and

children born after 2001 have no idea on what happened after

this day nor why it happened. It is interesting because it explains

crucial details on this tragic event but with a little bit of spice. This

spice being my own opinion and my views on certain little details

from 9/11. Now I do know not everyone has the same opinion,

and what makes this book different from the others is that as well

as adding my personal opinion I add the facts on what happened

so that people can have their own opinions whilst reading it.
