This book is a collection of my poetry, based on events over the course of my life, my emotions and people I meet. A great deal of my writing focuses on love interests and dealing with mental illnesses like borderline personality disorder, depression and anxiety. As a trans individual, I share my experience through a few of these poems. I believe in the idea that one should express themselves and their feelings openly and encourage others to do the same. My words are often raw, and cut throat, as a means that one can truly feel my thoughts as they read them.

Clay Noseworthy-Turgeon is a young genderfluid individual making their way through their teenage years like they’re a character in a dystopian movie: feeling like they’re spending every waking moment running for their life. They enjoy things like painting and writing and often find themselves writing about a new person every day. They’re absolutely ecstatic to share their poems with the world and can’t wait to become the best poet/high school English teacher this world has ever seen.
