Sorting through your emotions can be difficult, necessary, but challenging. There are times the work doesn’t feel worth it. I’m here to tell you that it is. Making connections, positive or negative, has always come natural to me. This make shifting through the shit harder. It may not sound like it, but I enjoy this process, as uncomfortable as it is. Growth with ease goes unnoticed, infatuations and other confusions stand out to make to help me know I’m learning. I know I’m not alone in feeling this way. I don’t want any of you to forget that either.

This is another collection of thoughts in my head and stories that may or may not be truth, but speak it in some form. I hope through reading this you learn something about yourself and use that lesson to better understand your progress in life and the world we live in. I want you to feel every emotion that hits you with the purest intent, dive deep and figure out how to heal. If not for you, do it for the people around you and if not even them, take care of yourself for every drop of sweat, tears, whiskey, and blood dripped on every page writing this book.
