I am a new author from New Jersey, writing my first children's book. I was inspired by our rescue dog Duke, a.k.a., Mr. Manooks, who I realized loved road trips and adventures. Vinnick's character was based on our two sons, Vinnie and Nicky, who adore their dog, Duke. My husband, Jason, is the driver of our many road trips and also portrays as the character Vinnick. Henrietta's character is my daughter-in-law, Stephanie. Stephanie is super intelligent. She tells the story of how she was the first person to set eyes on Duke before we adopted him. I look forward to sharing more adventures of Mr. Manooks.

Great Adventure Story for all ages

This is an amazing story. I loved the adventures and all the characters. I also learned so much about Florida. I especially loved Manooks.

Love this very sweet book!

This book takes you on a very loving adventure of a young man and his dog. Made my heart warm and the animation looks great. I highly recommend this book for all ages!!
