Being my first book, my overall experience was professional, interactive and timely.  Every step was accurate based on what Crista mentioned.  I became very comfortable as we went through the entire process.  The website was easier than anticipated, how they put it together based on my needs (they listen).  They were able to capture nature at its best. The movement and color (butterflies) only enhanced the words in my book perfectly. Everyone was professional and respectful. I will now know when to make corrections, to lessen out of pocket costs.
