My experience has been wonderful. Not knowing how to use the computer resulted in asking questions that most people would already know. The patience that your company gave me was unbelievable resulting in having any question answered in layman's terms for a beginner. Best of all your agency kept me appraised of all actions and got my approval before acting on anything. I have already recommended your agency to another new author.
