Total amount:

This book is a tribute to myself.

It's a poetical documentation of the places I've been, the feelings I've

felt, and all the ways I've grown and am still growing.

These are personal poems that In way or another were able to help

me stop and listen to myself.

To appreciate the silence and hear the words in my own head.

At one point in time all I needed was a listening ear...

I found that through my poetry

And now I'm ready to share.

I hope my words are able to touch souls

Or just help put your feelings into words, so you know your not

going through things alone.

Justise curry was born April 26, 1996 in Los Banos, California and raised in the Bay Area. Overall Justise was a soft spoken child who often times kept to herself. Having the luxury of having a strong immediate family, she never really had her own voice. At the age of 18 she finally had to stand alone and take care of herself. This is when she started to find herself getting entangled in the world of art. Expressing herself through her paintings eventually lead to her also finding that poetry was her outlet, her voice, and also her savior.
