This book was written with the reader in mind. Also, the collaboration of internal thoughts and first-hand experience was my driving focus. Within this book, I focus on ways to improve healthy eating habits, discipline, and trusting God to lead the way. Eating healthy and making lifestyle changes all starts with a mindset shift. This book also focuses on portion control and making better choices. It serves as a great tool allowing one to maintain accountability and to find peace and joy in doing so.
